Clean Your Workspace

Wash your hands thoroughly before handling any vials or syringes. Pop the plastic flip caps off both your peptide vial and your BAC water vial.

Take a fresh alcohol swab and firmly wipe the rubber stopper (the septum) on both vials. Let them air dry for a few seconds before proceeding.

Why This Matters

Sterilising the septum before every needle insertion prevents contamination and keeps your reconstituted peptide safe for weeks of use.

Draw Up the BAC Water

Vials are tiny vacuums โ€” if you simply try to pull water out directly the vacuum will fight you. Use the air pressure technique for a smooth draw.

Pull the syringe plunger back to fill it with air equal to the volume of BAC water you need. Pierce the BAC water vial septum, push the air in, flip upside down, and let the pressure push the water effortlessly into your syringe.

Draw up the full 3mL from the BAC water vial. This gives you a clean concentration for precise dosing with your SeraNova peptide.

Inject the Water into the Peptide Vial

Take your water-filled syringe and pierce the rubber septum of your lyophilized peptide vial straight through the centre.

Push the plunger to inject the water directly โ€” inject it straight in. Pull the needle out, then gently swirl the vial until the liquid is completely crystal clear.

Pro Tip

If the puck does not dissolve immediately, let the vial sit for 5โ€“10 minutes at room temperature and swirl again. A fully dissolved solution will be completely clear with no floating particles.

Draw Your Dose

Now that your peptide is reconstituted and ready, draw your dose using the exact unit mark calculated by the SeraNova Dosage Calculator.

Inject a small amount of air into the peptide vial to equalise pressure. Flip the vial upside down, pull the plunger to your target tick mark, and remove the needle cleanly.

Got Bubbles?

Keep the needle pointing up, tap the side of the syringe so bubbles rise to the top, then gently push the plunger to expel them before drawing your final dose.
